Neighborhoods.com is searching for a Salesforce Administrator who is responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize the workflow of our company and help drive efficiency with our partners who use Community Cloud. The Salesforce Administrator supports and collaborates with team members at all levels, and serves as a go-to resource for all CRM implementation, data management and reporting best practices. 


We are looking for the person that has:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 1 year on the Lightning Platform (required)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential (required)
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Community Cloud (required)
  • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing automation software (required)
  • App exchange and system integration of third party app solutions
  • Experience implementing customized solutions, including visual force pages, that support business requirements and drive key business decisions and initiatives
  • A project-based background and knowledge of the agile processes and systems
  • Project management and organizational skills, and a proven ability to prioritize 
  • Advanced experience working with Excel
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities 
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and development 

Bonus points if you have:

  • Basic coding (APEX) knowledge inside salesforce that may be required with a custom solution
  • Advanced SQL report writing skill is a plus
  • Experience with Apache Superset is a plus
