What you’ll do when you get here:
- Manage and build a team of experienced SDR’s
- Help facilitate recruiting, training, and coaching for SDR team
- Collaborate with sales ops, marketing, and sales to set strategy, goals, incentives, and performance metrics
- Work with stakeholders across Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to design and ensure proper training, collateral, and use of tools such as Linked In, Salesforce, etc.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, statistics, or finance
- 3+ years of SDR or sales management
- The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders and leadership
- A motivational and empathetic leader with a proven track record of team building and success
- A thorough understanding of CRM and sales process
- A can-do attitude that enjoys building
- Customer obsession and a knack for perseverance
- Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, and other sales tools
What is Preferred:
- MBA
- Prior SaaS and logistics experience
