We’re looking for our first ever SDR Manager
The is the first SDR Manager that Built In is hiring and it’s a unique an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and truly build out the SDR program at Built In. This SDR Manager should be passionate about building a team and come with an entrepreneurial spirit. This role and team are critical for building sales pipeline and will be reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
As a SDR Manager, you will lead a team of SDR’s and Lead Qualification Specialists who are responsible for securing meetings with our Growth and Enterprise accounts. This is an outstanding sales leadership opportunity for an experienced SDR Manager or Team Lead. This manager will have the opportunity to build the process from scratch, hire additional reps, and train and develop the existing team.
How you’ll contribute
- Lead a team of sales development representatives
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
- Recruit, train and develop a results oriented sales team with a focus on new customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Continually refine and improve sales development process
- Conduct regular reviews to evaluate team strategy, progress and provide feedback
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve metrics
- Drive results by engaging motivating and providing constructive feedback to team members
- Ensure that sales quotas/goals are achieved on assigned accounts
- Develop and implement strategies that support overall Sales/Company priorities and key initiatives
- Assist direct reports with career development planning
- Develop training plans for continuous development of team’s sales skills and product knowledge
- Embody company culture and contribute to fostering an environment that excites and inspires the sales team
What you need
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR Manager
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR
- Demonstrated sales development and training skills
- Solid oral and written presentation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other sales automation software
