Senior Account Executive- Insurance Sales 

We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Guaranteed Rate Insurance in accordance to established sales process and procedures, and in pursuit of the Company’s goals and objectives. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for building a client base by adding new clients, new lines of coverage, and growing current clients.  The Senior Account Executive is an effective negotiator, presenter, motivator, and relationship builder. We provide exclusive leads directly to you! You just jump on the phone and continue the conversation.  Job Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:

 

 

Proficient of Microsoft Office products

The ability to work individually and within a team concept in a fun, fast-paced environment

Able to act with a sense of urgency and set deadlines 

Ability to effectively interact, engage and communicate with internal and external partners

Demonstrate good decision-making skills and assertiveness

Licensed in Property and Casualty

Two years prior Insurance sales experience

 

 

In this position you will:

Provide quotations, pricing, and required information to clients and prospective clients and complete the sales process for each customer

Develop comprehensive product knowledge to offer multiple insurance options

Negotiates skillfully with clients, both internal and external partners

Develop and maintain relationships with business partners

Lead account team to insure customer satisfaction

Uncover opportunities to add new product and coverage lines and to cross-sell clients

Understands each client’s decision process, the people involved, the business’ goals, and how we can meet their expectations

Creates presentations to clients and prospective clients that demonstrate our company’s unique approach and culture, our expertise and service
