Moonrise is a worker-focused, innovative HR Tech platform that uses AI and Machine Learning to rapidly recruit workers for short-term contingent labor positions. What you’ll do:

This is a hybrid farmer/hunter role: 60% Account Management and 40% sales.  Most of your time will be used farming existing accounts- taking care of the client while also leveraging for more business.  The rest of your time you will work closely with the sales team to assist with sales functions such as prospecting, cold calling, setting, and running meetings.  A typical day may include:

  1. Calling on existing clients- these range from small mom and pop businesses to fortune 100 companies. Meetings will include taking care of client needs while collecting feedback and leveraging for more business- we’re looking for someone able to form relationships and spot opportunities.

  2. Attending prospective client meetings to close deals that either you or another member of the sales team sets up.

  3. Assisting inside sales team by prospecting, making cold calls, setting meetings, running demo’s and special projects

  4. Anything and everything else needed- we’re looking for someone who wants to grow their career and learn every aspect of the business!

Qualifications

Minimum 3 - 5 years prior account management experience and 1-2 years inside sales. Experience in staffing or the tech/startup space strongly preferred.  Strong organizational and communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to:

  • Balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize accordingly.

  • Act as a team player in a small, agile company where priorities change quickly.

  • Act as a leader and adjust strategy with very little oversight.
