Epsilon is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Tech Email Practice and will report to the Senior Client Account Director. This role can be remote, US based.
The Senior Account Manager will act as the primary client liaison for one or more of our clients' brands. The Senior Account Manager must employ strong operations background, understanding how multi-channel campaigns work and executed. They will deploy marketing initiatives using effective analysis and leadership of daily operational processes and leverage working relationships across the client's brand team and delivery partners. The individual must be a problem solver that takes initiative to solve business problems and identify efficiencies, providing clear direction to clients. Ideal candidate should have a passion and experience with multi-channel marketing, 2-5 years proven experience supporting global clients in a client services function.
Essential Functions

• Manage relationships with client day-to-day managers and sponsors for one of Epsilon's largest clients.
• Ensure team allocation aligns with project scope; escalate issues and impact to appropriate internal and client stakeholders.
• Understand cross-functional team's roles, responsibilities and scope.
• Communicate status and impact of changes with client; manage client expectations; align all appropriate escalation points.
• Understand client business, market, competition and support ongoing strategy account management planning for clients.
• Support ideation of new concepts and business models that will grow the overall client relationship.
• Understand account-planning methodologies.
• Ensure client satisfaction by possessing excellent service and communication skills

Desired Skills/Background

• Knowledge of enterprise-level email marketing strategies and operations
• Basic knowledge of martech tools and platforms a plus
• Knowledge of Epsilon PeopleCloud Messaging is definitely a plus
• Knowledge of marketing and analytics platforms a plus
• Bachelor degree preferred
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
