What you get to do:
Reporting to the Director of Financial Education, the Senior Associate will implement financial education projects. You will play a central in growing our educational offerings and building a program that generates meaningful, measurable outcomes in the financial health of our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce educational materials — including articles, infographics, videos, and calculators — in accordance with adult learning principles.
- Implement new educational projects.
- Establish and perform initiative evaluations.
- Collaborate across teams to launch new programs and fine tune existing ones.
- Collect and summarize data from internal experts to inform program implementation.
What you will bring to the team:
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in educational content creation.
- Implement creative educational programming that is responsive and impactful.
- Knowledge of best practices of digital writing and content creation.
- Knowledge of digital learning management systems.
- A focus on data-driven education that produces quantifiable results.
- A sensitivity to the importance of learner and an understanding of best practices to create action and increase knowledge.
- A commitment to collaboration.
- Background in financial education and associated credentials.
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred - or equivalent work experience.
