The Relativity Strategy & Business Operations Team is responsible for driving our long-term strategy, owns our execution framework, and works on our most critical strategic and operational challenges.

As a Senior Strategy Associate, you will work directly with the C-level team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, project plan creation, and will own operational processes. Your will work on strategic projects, partner with teams cross-functionally, and be responsible for a subset of a strategic initiative.

You will be exposed to all aspects of the business by working directly with the Executive Team. This role will stretch you, you will manage multiple projects at the same time, often working autonomously with the Executive Team across Strategy, Customer, Product, Financial and People areas.

As part of the role you will manage indirectly resources from other departments who are working on the same projects.

Your success will be dependent on your strong problem-solving skills, ability to anticipate needs and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. This position requires outstanding communication and follow up, analytical ability, interpersonal and organizational skills. Someone in this role must be self-motivated and possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and will be tasked with making sound judgement with discretion and respect to confidentiality. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead business-critical strategic and operational projects partnering with department heads and other leaders in the business from planning through execution/implementation
  • Independently drive major strategic efforts forward (e.g., Adjacent Market Growth Strategy), including research and coordination with other teams
  • Work closely with the Executive Team to develop strategic framework and long-term business strategy
  • Maintain understanding of overall business objectives and strategy
  • Design, organize, and conduct comprehensive management of projects with ambiguous and changing requirements – drive all projects to completion
  • Work closely with the executive team on smaller but critical "ad-hoc" projects
  • Coordinate and co-run executive meetings including weekly operational, monthly strategic, and off-site planning meetings, and board meetings 
  • Work directly with leadership to provide meeting and communication support for internal teams, customers, and all Relativity (e.g. emails, presentations, decks, communication plans)
  • Collaborate across functions (sales, finance, etc.) to coordinate or support additional operational needs
  • Additional duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with growth strategy, organizational change highly preferred
  • Ability to independently multi-task, efficiently prioritize tasks, and drive projects to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly when facing problems and ability to translate knowledge to new situations
  • Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across a variety of cultures
  • Strong work ethic and integrity to handle confidential/sensitive information
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to make recommendations and decisions independently
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively cope with change and maintain focus
  • Portray a professional image
  • Travel up to 20%

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years in a professional services role or similar field, with 2 years of management consulting experience
  • Knowledge of or interest in technology industry preferred
  • Experience with growth strategy projects preferred
