This Sr. Customer Sales Analyst (Sr. CSA) position perfectly embodies that ambition- as you will own & be responsible for Away From Home (Foodservice) category selling execution of $150MM revenue with all Convenience customers as a vital member of the C-Store Sales Planning Team. The Sr. CSA serves as the liaison between Kraft Heinz sales team- KHC Business Unit teams- and the C-Store Broker Sales Agency- providing leadership and direction on category management and strategy- forecasting- innovation and trade management. The Sr. CSA aims to deliver revenue and share objectives- pursue business strategies of growth- provide category management expertise- and ensure that coordinated cross-functional sales value is delivered to the customer through implementation of the sales plan and category objectives
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Own communication routines with sales teams (often involving 20+ participants) to gather market intelligence and highlight BU priorities and changes to brand strategies and tactics.
- Develop robust business proposals that combine brand story with customer's strategic interests.
- Monitor distribution build and sales across existing and new categories to maintain balance across channels and maximize revenue potential.
- Deliver sales forecasting efficiency with demand- supply- and sales by working with sales team and broker to calculate and communicate demand changes.
- Contribute thought leadership by identifying whitespace across different channels through closure of core product gaps- innovation- and profitable promotion plans incremental to plan.
- Manage product supply shortage through efficient communication with supply chain and field sales to minimize revenue loss and maintain customer prioritization.
- Analyze competitive landscape periodically to help the team maintain an optimal go to market strategy and react dynamically to competitive threats.
- Develop sound relationships with category marketing- demand- supply- revenue management- and most importantly field sales to guarantee efficient execution and revenue realization.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
- Proven & tested experience in customer management- account management- and/or retail sales management for a CPG company
- Tested ability to own business process and Category management through a complex Sales position
- Foodservice industry experience is preffered
- Proven skills embodying a customer-first mentality for effective customer management and selling to achieve objectives
- Trusted to work autonomously within a CBT framework to plan- organize and set/achieve priorities
- Clear examples of exhibiting polished interpersonal skills (written- verbal- and presentation) with potential to negotiate and influence effectively
- Tested proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI- Spark- etc
- Clear examples of exhibiting strong analytical skills; Has the ability & experience using syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans by analyzing category and brand performance and influences customer to achieve category objectives.
- Willing to travel 10-20% out of the area as needed
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a remote-based role with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally- this role requires working a salaried- exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today's workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role's responsibilities and requirements.
Base Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $104,200.00
