What You'll Bring
10+ years of sales enablement and learning and development experience, ideally in SaaS technology or financial services
A passion for helping people to learn and growth through a demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive and engaging adult learning programs
In-depth understanding of and proven success with a variety of traditional and modern training methods (including, but not limited to workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching in live on-line, webinar, in-person and correspondent formats)
Experience architecting, developing, organizing and implementing a multi-dimensional learning and development program in a corporate environment that delivers adult learning content around the globe
Experience developing interactive, impactful training programs using modern technology and human-centered design to create a rich environment for adult learning
Ability to interact with and influence senior sales and solutions leaders to obtain buy-in and commitment to Solution University training goals, approach and leadership contributions
Excellent ability with project and team management
Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS)
Ability to establish an educational framework that creates solution proficiency at the appropriate skill level per function and scaled for a large and complex global organization
Demonstrated expertise in leading by influence and working effectively across cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment to deliver results.
Quantitative and qualitative skills to build complex business cases and to craft convincing narratives
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and experience in delivering effective, compelling presentations to senior executives.

Impact You'll Make
Reporting to the SVP of Commercial Success, this role will be responsible for creating a new global product training organization to elevate the in-depth knowledge and understanding of TransUnion’s solutions to complex market challenges. This is an opportunity to build a new ‘Solutions University’ from the ground up and lead the effort to develop a robust curriculum and multi-faceted learning and development program while partnering with product marketing and other solutions experts to deliver compelling, memorable and engaging learning content. This new the leader will be responsible for leveraging creating thinking and proven methodologies to develop new training capabilities delivered through the Solution University. You will build a new product sales enablement team and develop the learning and development strategy, overseeing all product training and certification programs for our global sales and solutions consultants, product managers and customers. You will be responsible for creating new tools and processes to measure impact and accountable for demonstrating success utilizing key performance indicators and business metrics (e.g. pipeline growth, cross-sell win rate, etc) through the participants in these training programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Work collaboratively across TransUnion solutions, markets, and sales leaders to identify, evaluate and ultimately deliver world-class training content and learning reinforcement processes distributed through a Global Solutions University Program.
Partner closely with product management and product marketing to develop and deliver an extensible curriculum and certification program, including but not limited to training for sales, solutions consultants, product managers, operations teams and customers.
Work with the product marketers, market planners, sales leaders, product managers, solutions consultants and others to leverage our internal capabilities complimented by the use of external partners to develop and deliver world-class training content that supports sales and solutions expertise connected to customer business challenges in the market
Lead and develop a team of experienced trainers in the US and matrix partners around the globe to help you define and deliver the TU Global Solutions University program
Engage, motivate, reward and recognize a community of subject matter experts – product managers, sales leaders, solutions consultants and specialists —to help develop and present engaging content in various training forums
Develop a library of foundational solutions training artifacts in the form of digital training modules, PowerPoint presentations, webinars, recordings, fact sheets, executive summaries, workbooks, FAQs, quizzes, role plays, etc. to deliver effective on-going training for universally applicable and market specific solutions and their delivery.
Establish key process and performance metrics for the delivery of the learning and development program and the post training proficiency of associates to provide data-driven insights on the impact and effectiveness of the Global Solutions University program
Support the annual 3-year planning exercise for Commercial Success with the priorities to deliver an on-going and growing TU Global Solutions University program
Outcomes You’ll Deliver:
Defined scope, curriculum, delivery methods and content, library of artifacts, team of trainers, community of subject matter expert for use in training from the TU Global Solutions University program around the world, delivering consistently high quality and effective training
Key process and performance indicators measuring TU Global Solutions University across TransUnion, including key metrics such as content development time, evaluation of content and its delivery, proficiency and retention of training content, and improvement of customer experience and sales performance pre and post training
Highly engaged and developing team of trainers who support the design, development of content and program’s management, and a community of subject matter experts who provide content and help deliver the training
Engaged, confident sellers and solutions consultants who can effectively identify and connect customer challenges with TransUnion solutions to solve real-world problems.
