Senior Manager – Business Development

The Role

We are looking for an experienced business developer to help support the growth of our practices. We are seeking someone who has experience in selling technology services, demonstrated high academic/professional achievement, business acumen, and strong oral and written communication skills.

What You Will Definitely Need

  • Proven business development capabilities with a strong track record as a sales hunter, initiating, and converting new business opportunities.
  • Ten or more years’ experience of B2B technology services sales focused on the financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare technology industries. Prior experience in consulting and selling services to the insurance industry, in particular, would be advantageous.
  • A clear track record and evidenced ability to network and rapidly engage with existing networks
  • Good understanding of proposal development and high impact client presentations
  • Exceptional client awareness, business acumen, and relationship-building skills, including account planning, account marketing, and brand building
  • Ability to understand and articulate clients’ needs
