The role:

The Senior Manager of Lead Generation and Affiliates is a highly visible, critical role on the marketing team at Braviant. This Senior Manager will provide analytical, high business acumen and superb relationship management to ensure our brands acquire and convert our target customers through strategic partnerships. The Senior Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to acquire and execute across existing leads and affiliate partners and determine the best strategic partnerships to grow Braviant’s businesses.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will manage relationships with all existing digital acquisition partners.
  • You will own partnership development, including assessment of new strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, implementation and ongoing management and campaign performance.
  • You will work closely with the analytics team to monitor each partner’s performance and implement strategies to optimize overall channel profitability and growth.
  • You will oversee a marketing analyst to assist with tactical execution.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience with digital partner management, business analytics and business development (or equivalent experience). You embody Braviant’s core values, especially: you think like an owner and are ready to innovate and iterate.
  • 3+ years experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to develop a business case and understand how different partners fit into Braviant’s overall strategy.
  • Superb analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations to C-suite
  • Extremely comfortable with Excel with the ability to manipulate data and generate graphs.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience managing leads and/or affiliates within the fintech industry, specifically consumer lending
  • SQL knowledge or database querying experience

Our company is located in the heart of downtown with great access to public transportation (both Metra & CTA), coffee shops, and restaurants. Currently our teams are working remotely for the foreseeable future.
