We are hiring a senior SDR to help build and lead our sales development team to drive strong sales growth in 2020.

Flare Health is an investor-backed digital health startup in Chicago. We work with some of the most prestigious hospital systems in the country to connect patients needing specialized care to their expert physicians. We are a small, mighty, profitable company founded by a software developer CEO and a physician.
What you will do:
- Design and run a process to research accounts, identify key contacts and reach out to prospects.
- Become a trusted resource and develop productive relationships with prospects.
- Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in our CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
- Train and mentor other members of the SDR team.
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure company revenue objectives.
- Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least one year's experience as an SDR
