Software Sales Associate- RMIS
The Sales Associate position is a development position responsible for successfully completing the Sales Associate Developmental Plan. This position is also responsible for helping expand the business by identifying new prospects and selling to them as well as assisting, supporting, and learning from existing Sales Executives.
Starting base pay for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).

Responsibilities
- Completes all three phases of the Sales Associate Development Plan.
- Assists assigned Sales Executive mentors with each phase of the sales cycle.
- Learns and develops skills required to manage a sales territory.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of the industry and Origami's products and services.
- Assists Sales Executives to grow pipeline by continuing to prospect during each phase of the Sales Associate Development Plan.
- Completes the Sales Associate Capstone.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1-4 years of prior sales experience.
- Strong client relationship and time management skills.
- Ability to drive client needs from initial conversations and configure technical solutions.
- Self-motivated, pleasantly persistent, competitive, and driven.
- Strong ability to learn new concepts, problem-solve and think on your feet.
- Receptive to constructive feedback and continuous desire to improve in their skills.
- Experience or familiarity with a CRM system, preferably Salesforce.
