Software Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Design, oversee and implement sales strategy.

  • Maintain a sales pipeline capable of delivering targeted results month on month.

  • Close sales in best possible lead-time at best margin to help reduce sales cycle time.

  • Provide regular and accurate sales forecast information on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

  • Lead research, profiling & optimization.

  • Research and determine the best means for initial contact.

  • Qualify sales opportunity and assign appropriately.

  • Responsible for opportunity identification, qualification, contract negotiation and execution of all strategic aspects of new client acquisition, growth and retention for select Fortune 500 customers.

  • Exceed sales activity and growth revenue targets

  • Coordinate with Operations Manager for the creation, maintenance and evolution of repeatable sales and service delivery processes

  • Meeting regularly with Sales leadership to review/coordinate sales efforts

  • Works in conjunction with marketing and communications to develop programs and solutions needed to achieve sales and profit objectives

  • Negotiate, coordinate, and consistently implement pricing agreements as well as contract renewals

  • Leads in the collection and analysis of client data in order to foster the growth of the account

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of demonstrated success selling enterprise software solutions (SaaS preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Opportunistic, innovative and creative – entrepreneurial mindset with can-do mentality

  • Focused with keen ability and drive to execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Strong business acumen
