An Insider's view of Label Insight

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Work-life balance is really important at LI - and it's been even more apparent with working from home due to Covid. We’re given the autotomy to get work done on our terms. Taking time off is encouraged whether it’s planned or a last minute personal issue. There's a real sense of community, my coworkers are always willing to pitch in and help out.

Julie

Software Engineer

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

Accessible is equal parts attitude and action. It starts with valuing all people and being intellectually curious, then living out actions like sitting with the team in open workstations, hosting lunches and weekly 360s, joining team events, and engaging in platforms like Slack. But the most important is the attitude that everyone's input matters.

Todd

CEO

What makes someone successful on your team?
