As Solution Consultant at Morningstar ByAllAccount, you will work in tandem with the Sales organization and report to the Director of Professional Services, with responsibility for positioning and selling high-value, outcome-oriented aggregation solutions to our enterprise customers. You will support and partner with sales to effectively drive both net new deals and existing deals, interacting with product owners, business leaders, and technical staff at the enterprise to identify and implement ByAllAccounts data and solutions and grow revenues.
The ideal candidate comes from a professional services or consulting background with SaaS and Enterprise technology experience in the financial services industry. You work collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success Managers to determine the best approach for delivering our solutions. You can fluently drive pricing and SOW discussions, aligning customers' budget and priorities to the scope of delivery and deployment strategy.
Job Responsibilities• Develop expertise in the features, benefits and application of ByAllAccount's aggregation platform and solutions.• Work with our enterprise prospects and customers to define their business needs during the discovery and demonstration process• Manages the engagement to provide technical expertise and best practices for deploying our aggregation platform and solutions• Define project scope based on customers' budget and requirements• Ensure that the customer's requirements are fully understood and included in the implementation SOW.• Ensure successful internal project hand-offs once the SOW is sold and maintain an ongoing relationship with the Customer to identify future opportunities that deepen relations.• Help in pre-sales and post-sales support of solutions to drive user adoption and generate revenue for Morningstar ByAllAccounts• Conduct product reviews and demonstrations and ad-hoc onsite customer workshops• Share voice of customer insights with product teams, and help influence product strategy based on market feedback.• Create and scale ByAllAccount's consulting methods, processes, templates, and tools to scale our consulting services.
Qualifications• 3-5+ years of consulting/professional services and solutions experience in financial services industry• 3-5+ years of SaaS and enterprise technology experience• Experience conducting discovery, scoping, and selling Statements of Work• Ability to sell the vision of our technology solution and also paint what can be possible• Customer-Centric with experience owning customer engagements and providing best practice advice.• Problem solver who partners with customers as a trusted technical advisor to drive business change• Ability to work in a highly cross-functional capacity, to deliver solutions to our customers• Understand Customer's technology stack and make specific recommendations on how ByAllAccounts can help drive business outcomes• Aggregation and financial services experience a plus• Investment industry expertise a plus
