contribute at a senior level but can also make the whole team better by mentoring other
engineering team members.
Agility – Lead technical teams on a journey of technical excellence. Our teams use various
Agile methodologies to deliver results iteratively and you will have the tech lead role on agile
product teams. You understand that Agile is a set of principles, not a fixed process, and can
adapt standard methodologies to fit the needs of Zoro engineering.

strong track record of leading successful engineering product teams and establishing
world-class engineering standards and practices. We believe that such a leader has 10 to 12
