The Solutions Engineer will drive the adoption of our products and solutions by supporting the Account Executives and Business Development Executives throughout their qualified engagements with our clients, prospects, and partners.  This individual will be key in engaging with the market to provide a deep overview of Syndigo’s global solutions to drive the business forward. The Solutions Engineer will collaborate across multiple teams including Marketing, Client/Business Development, Product Management, Operations, New Hires, and Technology to successfully articulate the value of the Content Experience Hub (CXH) user interface and the many solutions available to the market. This individual will work collaboratively with clients and prospects to ensure that they are best leveraging CXH to address their business initiatives.

This role may be based in one of Syndigo’s offices, either in Chicago, Cleveland, Phoenix, Nashville, San Francisco, Boston, or remote location.  Some business travel will be required – approximately 15% – depending on intra-team training or live client or prospect support.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales of our solutions by providing education, guidance, and best practices to our clients and prospects through virtual and on-site meetings
  • Be the subject matter expert in the customization and delivery of Content Experience Hub demos and use cases
  • Be a partner to clients and prospects in aligning our solutions to their business problems
  • Work closely with the Commercial organization on crafting the right solution for proposals
  • Assist Account Executives and Business Development Executives on answering RFIs and RFPs
  • Work closely and collaboratively with clients to capture requirements and devise effective solutions
  • Assist in delivering customized proposals and implementation plans to clients and prospects alongside members of the Commercial team
  • Assist the Commercial team in quantifying prospects and identifying the market potential within segments
  • Develop, in partnership with Product Marketing and Product Owners, material to help articulate the impact, reach, and value of our solutions in the market
  • Garner feedback about our solutions from Commercial team members, clients, and prospects and deliver that back to the Product leaders through strategic working sessions and JIRA

Experience required:

  • 3-10 years of related experience in the retail, distribution, and brand space, with specific experience with data and software solutions delivered to this sector
  • Historic Sales, Operations, or Client Support background at a B2B company preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with sales awareness and technical knowledge
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with both internal and external team
