Sr. Sales Enablement Program Manager, Content & Assets

Our Sr. Sales Enablement Program Director, Content & Assets wants to be part of something memorable and play an integral role in the success of our growing sales organization! Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for the standardization, delivery, management, and measurement of sales-related communications and events.
Areas of focus to include:
- Strategic focus and standardization of the development and delivery of sales content to allow us to be strategic, collaborative and consistent in our approach
- Develop/maintain/govern the necessary platform(s) needed to deliver content efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with cross functional partners (Product, Marketing, etc..) to ensure content standardization, availability, currency, relevance, and consistency
- Assess current content distribution processes and tools and recommend and execute areas for improvements
- Build an awareness infrastructure and delivery cadence that effectively engages ‘right for me’ content across various awareness platforms
- Program Manager will provide the structure needed to aid development of needed initiatives/programs
- Provide ‘voice-over’ videos and rich media content
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and overall program governance
- Collaborate with regions/teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive awareness and sales consumption
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in content creation/development. Focus on program management a plus
- Results oriented individual, self-starter and possesses the able to work independently
- Consistently meets or exceeds expectations, builds commitment in others for individual and team objectives
- Uses technology with efficiency and confidence
- Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills, demonstrates sound judgment and excellent decision-making abilities, and shows a great attention to detail
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship building, teamwork/collaboration with managers and subject matter experts
- Ability to travel as needed/requested
