The role

This role is part-time to start (20+ hours), and is a real mix of:

  • Admin - scheduling, data entry, keeping accurate records
  • Customer success - checking in with customers, ensuring they have what they need, walking customers through the integration process
  • Sales - research, compiling lists, and doing outreach, lead gen
  • QA - user acceptance testing of the app
  • Marketing - social media, content, attending meetups

You'll need the maturity and experience to work independently, and the flexibility to work on a variety of things. Demonstrable track record of strong organization skills are critical. Experience with recruiting, sales, and/or SaaS would be helpful. We anticipate that this role would ultimately become a full-time position. This is an opportunity to make an incredible impact and learn and grow with an early stage company. 

Location: Co-working space - Northshore - Wilmette/Evanston.
