Strategic Account Manager (Travel Required)
The Opportunity
To keep up with growth we're looking to add strength to our vendor team. The Strategic Account Manager will work with the entire vendor team to develop and manage relationships with our most established sellers. This opportunity is a unique experience to showcase your selling and negotiation skills in an exciting industry!
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain deep business relationships with large sellers across the country
- Utilize those relationships and your understanding of the sellers' needs to drive adoption of Vivid Seats business tools
- Proactively work with sellers to optimize their accounts and grow their business
- Ensure sellers are adopting Vivid Seats' best practices in account maintenance, operations, and fulfillment
To be successful, you'll need
- Proven negotiation skills and a track record of closing difficult sales
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to establish a quick rapport with a diverse range of sellers
- Prior experience aligning sales strategies to client needs and motivations
- Action orientation
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of the four major professional sports as well as college football and basketball
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
