ABOUT THE ROLE
ShopRunner has grown successfully by building strong marketing relationships with top tier channel partners like American Express, Chase and Mastercard, among others. As the Strategic Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for the day to day execution and needs of the Channel Partnership Team including, but not limited to tracking and reporting on channel partner analytics, coordinating promotional content for various partnership promotions and building relationships with internal teams and external channel partners. The successful candidate will be able to assist in driving meaningful member growth for the company while offering support for all strategic partnership strategies and initiatives.
This role is US based only but we are open to any of our US offices in Chicago, IL, Conshohocken, PA (Philly), and New York City or fully remote in any of these states: CA, DE, IL, IN, FLA, MA, NY, NJ, NC, SC, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, CT, MD, MI. From time to time, there will be limited travel to our offices as the need arises.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Evaluate and monitor member acquisition results, providing reporting and feedback on findings to internal teams while making recommendations to improve results on an ongoing basis.
- Assist with reporting on channel partner performance.
- Coordinate and execute materials for channel partnership promotions.
- Act as the intermediary between channel partners to deliver promotional materials and reporting.
- Manage and distribute the Strategic Partnership promotion information, working with internal teams to align on overall channel partner marketing strategies.
- Assist in overall optimization and growth of partnerships to help achieve our goals of new member sign-ups and activations.
- Support the channel partnership development process by performing research and analysis to make recommendations on next steps for ShopRunner to stay competitive.
- Work with internal teams including product, partner success, marketing, analysts, designers and developers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience with a BA/BS
- You have a natural ability to collaborate well with others inside and outside the organization and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly-fluid environment.
- You are comfortable using data to analyze campaign performance.
- You are very detail oriented and take ownership, are an inventive problem solver and have a high level of accountability.
- You have outstanding oral and written communication skills that can keep varying groups and teams aligned and informed.
- You are able to build business reviews (presentations) and present them internally and externally.
