THE ROLE: 

Have you forged large scale client partnerships with fortune 200 advertisers? Are you looking for a challenging role, leading a team while inspiring deals? Then this role may be for you.  

 
This individual will be tasked with leading 4C’s strategic Accounts and Advanced Solutions Sales Team.  This person will report directly to the CRO. The role requires excellence in sales strategy and process, strategic leadership, hands on management & large-scale vision.  

 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Lead team of Strategic Account Sellers (Verticalized for top 200 advertisers) and Advanced Solutions Team. 
  • Strategic Accounts: Guide team on developing and executing sales strategies for top 200 advertisers from prospecting though final sale. 
  • Advance Solutions: Lead team to assist salesforce in driving adoption of full product suite including Paid Social, Audiences, TV solutions and other new products as they come online. 
  • You will use your experience selling digital advertising & TV solutions to clients directly including clients in the CPG, Retail, Tech, Telco, Media & Entertainment, and Auto to successfully grow and scale revenue. 
  • Manage overall client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and overall revenue growth. 
  • Produce proposals in the agreed upon format that reflect the client’s scope of work for each sales opportunity. 
  • Use saleforce.com to manage pipeline and outcomes and actions. 
  • Collaborate with finance to produce contracts in accordance with the scope of work and with company policy. 
  • Gather competitive market intelligence including competitors & industry trends to help the sales organization. 
  • Ability to help knock down doors and assist team with closing deals.  
     

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 
 

  • BS/BA preferred in a field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.  
  • Must have a strong grasp of Audiences, Social & TV advertising ecosystem, having spent time in a similar role working to grow commercial relationships.  
  • Previous experience managing a team of sellers.   
  • Have in-depth knowledge of high level selling techniques to include prospecting, strategic selling, presenting and closing. 
  • SAAS technology experience required. 
  • Customer centric personality, high drive and self-starting experience required. 

Skills & Abilities:  

  • Board-room presence, team-oriented, customer-focused, industrious, ambitious, and organized.  
  • Connections with Fortune 200 advertisers. 
  • Proficient with using Salesforce for Opportunity and Contact Management as well as reporting. 
  • Ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently.  
  • Be action and results oriented.   
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
