And now, Chicago-based AwardSpring is adding its first-ever SVP Sales. This reports directly to the CEO & includes equity in the business.

 

You’ll design the sales strategy & build a new sales team from the ground up.

 

That means hire a team of 5 Rockstars, for starters. Design the sales process & methodology. Train them to perfect execution. Design the compensation plan. And show them how to build relationships with college Financial Aid offices across the country.
