Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

• Experience with Residential Real Estate Closing.
• Ability to complete CD/Hud Statement.
• Review completed closing package for accuracy.
• Familiar with procedures of title searches.
• Knowledge of closing deals, insurance, and other formalities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year title/closing experience.
• Technology savvy and strong computer skills a must.
• Attention to detail.
• Funding experience a plus.
• Ability to handle high volume.
• Must be a Team player.
