The Truckload Solutions Specialist supports client truckload RFP activity at Echo. Our client sales teams participate in hundreds of client-issued RFPs for truckload service per year. The specialist provides support for many of these opportunities throughout the RFP process to ensure that the sales strategies are executed, cost estimates are as accurate as possible, and that the RFP portal tools used by clients are operated effectively. May also assist in Strategic Analytics projects.

 Job requirements:

• Over 2 years of transportation procurement, carrier sales, and/or analytic experience.
• Undergraduate or Associates Degree
• Strong listening and communication skills. Able to listen for detailed needs and provide clarity to internal clients.
• A collaborative problem solver.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Attention to detail.
• A value-creation mindset.
• High capacity to learn and assimilate new information.
