Vice President of Global Sales

Keeper is currently looking for a Vice President of Global Sales with a proven track record in building and leading a world-class sales team that consistently exceeds targets. You must have a strong background in B2B sales and know how to drive productivity and revenue growth through a triple-track strategy consisting of a highly scaled inside sales team, high-touch enterprise sales, and through indirect/channel sales. To be effective in this role, you must be comfortable in a SaaS-based, cybersecurity software sales environment and possess exceptional leadership skills.
Reporting to the CEO, this role is a member of the Executive Team and will help set the strategic direction of the company and contribute to the overall competitive positioning of Keeper’s B2B vision and revenue expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all business sales for Keeper globally, leading three high powered Sales Directors (US and EMEA) and developing a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives.
- Drive strategy and execution behind go-to-market strategy for the company including forecasting, pipeline management, quota setting, resourcing, territory building and performance management
- Ensure compensation plan(s) and incentive programs are in alignment with Keeper’s business goals and objectives while providing appropriate motivation for sales management and representatives to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead and manage the strategy, teams and execution of revenue sources: inside sales, enterprise sales, account management, indirect/channel sales, etc.
- Structure and develop scalable inside sales processes and practices; including continuous improvement of the sales funnel and process for new sales, add-on sales and renewals
- Build and grow an enterprise sales team to sell our enterprise-grade cybersecurity solution to large organizations and create a repeatable process for success
- Maintain closeness with customers and the market through frequent interactions as well as serving as the primary executive contact for high value deals, escalations and prospect/customer issues
- Develop and implement go-to-market and sales operations best practices and processes that will enable rapid scaling and ensure sales discipline
- Create and implement revenue and operating KPIs and metrics to measure performance and productivity
- Set monthly and yearly goals and design sales compensation plans to align incentives and minimize attrition while optimizing CAC
- Design the optimal process for customer renewals, cross-sell and upsell, including the right combination of onboarding experience, software utilization tracking and contract terms
- Develop performance dashboards and establish a process/cadence for regular reporting on sales performance and forecasted global growth
- Hire, develop and retain a high-performing sales team (inside sales representatives and enterprise sales representatives)
- Create a repeatable process for training new reps and providing them with ongoing support to maximize success and minimize time to productivity for new reps
- Establish a robust coaching / professional development program to build and drive a high-performing sales team.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B software sales leadership (5+ years B2B SaaS) preferably in the cybersecurity software market
- Experience with highly complex sales into both SMB and the enterprise with a track record of consistently exceeding goals
- Extensive background in solution and consultative selling approach and building go-to-market plans
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to create a highly engaging and productive work environment
- Experience transforming or redesigning sales functions and structures, including implementing and optimizing strategic go-to-market operations, processes, and systems
- Data and metrics-driven approach with experience structuring, tracking & improving KPIs and metrics
- Experience implementing and optimizing sales automation tools and CRM systems and developing strategies to drive internal adoption
- Strong executive presence with the ability and willingness to actively mentor and coach
- Able to travel up to 30%
