About the Role
We are looking for a talented and energetic VP of Sales to join our team and oversee our ~50 person sales team. Our multi-level sales organization is composed of stylists and support staff who use our technology tools, data and customer acquisition funnel to provide personalized service and styling to bridal parties. Working closely with other functional leads, this role will entail strategic and tactical activities, with a focus on building for scale, performance optimization, retention and customer experience. The VP of Sales will have a proactive approach to sales development, addressing day-to-day operating issues as well as providing strategic input.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a high performing sales team to achieve sales growth and profitability goals
- Oversee strategy and execution of recruiting, hiring and training
- Develop strategic sales roadmap for multi-year sustainable growth
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Leverage Salesforce capabilities, tools and roadmap to drive outsized sales growth
- Identify opportunities to improve stylist output and ROI
- Consistently analyze sales data, looking for both growth and missed opportunities
- Identify and communicate sales team metrics and KPIs
- Participate in cross functional strategy and planning activities
- Maintain top levels of awareness of bridal and retail industry trends, with a focus on the ever-changing ecommerce landscape
- Manage financial budgets across all areas of responsibility
- Instill a team culture that upholds Brideside’s values and vision and actively foster a positive working environment for the team
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of successful experience leading sales teams
- Demonstrated consistent success in direct sales role
- Managed a national team of 25+ sales personnel
- Highly proficient in motivating and influencing sales teams
- Desire to coach and mentor others
- Experience developing departmental KPIs
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient with Salesforce CRM
