The newly launched Virtual Sales business division of Victory Lap is exclusively focused on building, placing and activating high performance sales teams in-house for clients looking to drive increased revenue. Applicants who are hired into this program are paid and employed by Victory Lap, but operate as integrated members of the client in-house sales team. you’ll be working on a single client account as part of their in-house sales team. As part of this initiative, you’ll experience team collaboration and camaraderie while also capturing the opportunity for individual skill development and personal growth. This is a contract role and requires a 3-month minimum commitment.

About the Opportunity 

Victory Lap is building a best-in-class remote sales team as part of an exclusive partnership with a multinational e-commerce company that ranks within the Top 5 on the Fortune 500 list. We are hand-selecting applicants with 0-3 years experience to drive partner expansion for our partner’s brand new delivery technology which provides commercial and residential buildings (apartments, offices & gated communities) an easier and more secure way to manage deliveries.

The Role: What You Can Expect from Us

  • Innovation: You’ll represent and sell on behalf of the #1 Most Trustworthy Company of the Fortune 100. This particular opportunity will support the launch of a new-to-market delivery technology that comes at zero cost to customers. The product solves a critical problem that businesses and consumers have been facing since long before the impact of COVID-19.
  • Commitment: A 40-hour/week role with a late June/early July start date.  
  • Compensation: Guaranteed hourly compensation and an uncapped performance-based commission plan.
  • Hands-On Experience: Work while you learn, develop critical sales skills and achieve success as you exceed your quotas and drive results. You can expect continual managerial support, coaching, mentoring, and training provided by the  Victory Lap Coaching Team.
