As the VP of Agency Sales, you are reporting directly to the President & Chief Commercial Officer.  You will be responsible for developing the strategy and implementing and executing on our Go to Market Sales activity within Advertising agencies. We need to help the agencies appreciate both the tremendous brand equity as well as the ability to drive outcomes with our digital platform.   Importantly, as a leader and member of one of the fastest growing start-ups in Chicago, you will contribute to the immediate success and strategic direction of the company.   

Who You Are:

  • You have experience in advancing advocacy and new initiatives within Advertising Agencies, and the budgets needed to support success.    
  • You have a solid understanding of and experience in working with the CPG industry
  • You can speak to the effectiveness and success of how major digital platforms like Google and Facebook have leveraged agencies to drive adoption.  
  • You are experienced with the foundational influence Advertising Agencies have with their partners to grow brand awareness as well as market share.  
  • You are fluent in communicating media value to both agencies and brands
  • You have experience in partnering internally to develop strategies to advance our objectives
  • You have a passion for (and history of) growing revenue and helping agencies attain their goals 
  • You have experience in working in rapidly growing startup environments

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience building and leveraging relationships within Advertising Agencies.   
  • Advance Cooler Screens’ value proposition, increase industry adoption and advocate for sales adoption of the platform 
  • Demonstrate a track record of leveraging indirect sales channels (Advertising Agencies and VARs) to increase adoption and media sales
  • Possess fluency in understanding the difference in Shopper Dollars and Brand Dollars and know how to negotiate the difference within agencies and brands
