VP of Business Development

Perfect Search is seeking an experienced sales individual with an entrepreneurial background who is highly motivated to drive growth and achieve results.The ideal candidate will be ready to hustle while being organized, analytical, and a natural leader who excels in a young, dynamic environment.

Competitive Base Salary + Commission 

 Essential Job Functions

-Meet revenue and client acquisition goals

-Create new sales opportunities & strategically develop new client relationships through a variety of channels including networking and cold calling

-Manage the entire sales process which includes prospecting, needs analysis, closing, and further maintain relationships for renewal or upsell

-Lead first-touch “Discovery” calls and meetings to discuss Perfect Search marketing strategy and website design and development process as it relates to prospective clients’ goals

-Manage day-to-day potential client follow-up via conference calls and in person meetings

-Analyze client websites and business situations quickly and accurately drawing on our services and other sources

-Lead in-person presentations to clients, partners, and prospective clients

-Prepare proposals for prospective clients, responding to RFPs, drafting sales support material

-Conduct internal team briefings outlining project specifics, with budget and timeline

-Work on multiple goals/priorities as well as multiple client deliverables effectively and efficiently

-Remain current with industry trends, blogs, news etc., as they pertain to your clients and category

-Some travel as prospect presentations, trade shows, and other sales related activities required

Qualifications

-Miniumum of 5 years experience required

-Strong salesmanship & professionalism

-Strong organizational skills

-Goal-oriented sales approach; be able to provide a proven track record of meeting quarterly or annual goals

-Strong presentation, closing, and prospecting skills

-Proficiency using Salesforce

-Proficiency using Microsoft office suite required

-Ability to collaborate with internal partners effectively

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Enterprise Sales background

-A close eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture

-Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines

-Entrepreneurial mentality

-Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment

-Familiarity with SEO, PPC, web design and web development a plus
