We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivating, determined, and influential individual to join our Customer Success team as VP of Dealer Relations. Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success, this role is purely and exclusively focused on understanding our largest and most influential customer base in the retail automotive space.  This person will work closely with the highest level of decision makers within our customer base too.  This individual will identify areas improvement, including but not limited to: developing a plan to enhance employment brand, increasing hiring velocity and improving process adherence.

The VP of Dealer Relations must have strong business acumen, high ability to influence, demonstrate expertise on the Hireology solution and a deep understanding of hiring strategies.  These strategies may include career site and job optimization, process improvement, change management, and manager training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to have direct and influential conversations with Dealer Principals and General Managers to review and discuss Hireology value proposition
  • Must have strong business acumen and be able to identify and execute on gaps within HR Hiring and Onboarding within dealerships
  • Must congenially work with Customer Success Team to ensure effective transition and continued management of retention strategies and optimization opportunities
  • Be able to travel to current clients on short notice
  • Demonstrate expertise in Hireology's solution and the retail automotive vertical
  • Able to react to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned

Required, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 8+ years’ experience selling/servicing software sales in staffing/recruiting or retail automotive
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in retail automotive or human capital Management
  • Learn new things quickly and independently
  • Curiosity—challenge; explore; test; try new things
  • Communicate issues and status in a clear and timely manner
  • Work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
