VP of Global Sales Operations & Enablement
As we continue to grow our market share and footprint globally, Enfusion is hiring a VP of Sales Operations and Enablement. This individual will report directly to the CRO and you will be responsible for building out Enfusion’s Sales Operations, to include Onboarding and Enablement programs for continued sales skill enhancement and command of the message.

What You’ll Do
- Build Global reporting tools/dashboards to enable live reporting of all critical KPI’s as well as end-of-month/quarter reporting, of pipeline velocity & generation, generation, rep productivity, win-rate, ASC, sales stage and forecast conversion rates, and other LI’s
- Provide actionable intelligence on all sales operations to company leadership on a consistent and recurring basis (trends, fundamentals, analysis).
- Own TAM penetration analysis, ongoing territory assessment, development and right-sizing, and compensation plan development based on key organizational KPI’s and goals.
- Deal support for the global sales team with content delivery, competitive intelligence, and building and integrating effective customer reference program
- Deliver Sales Onboarding & ongoing Training & Development via product-specific content in multiple formats to proactively address knowledge gaps and GTM effectiveness
- Development, execution, & measurement of a ‘state-of-the-art’ sales onboarding and ongoing development program, through automated ‘role-specific’ online training paths (Sales Enablement Software), in-person instruction (Bootcamps), & virtual classroom (Strategic Webinars)
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the Sales Enablement Solution(s); create comprehensive courses, role-specific curriculums, ‘just-in-time’ updates/trainings, adaptive reinforcement & retention programs, & innovative coaching programs
- Actively source & creatively deliver routine ongoing ‘just-in-time’ and ‘virtual on-demand’ enablement around sales techniques, Enfusion sales process, Enfusion solutions, internal sales tools, competition, account management & delivery, etc.
- Effectively design content and tools to increase our employees' level of knowledge, competence, & confidence in serving Enfusion customers and the business
- Detailed and consistent monitoring of the health of new logo and up-sell/cross-sell pipeline, by region, rep, conversions, forecast accuracy, sales stage velocity, etc.
- Represent the sales organization in partnership with Marketing, Operations, Product Development, Finance and IT to define, implement, adopt and optimize for efficiency in our technology stack
- Use data analysis to identify weaknesses in process and propose necessary process improvements – rep ramp time, demo to close rate, etc.
- Driving our model of ownership & accountability where we drive growth in a team environment
Who We Need
- 7+ years in Sales Operations/Enablement or equivalent function with significant exposure to field sales teams end-to-end process of demand generation to closure
- Awareness of formal sales strategies & methodologies (including qualification process, sales stages and forecast methodologies).
- Strong senior executive engagement and influence skills leveraging demonstrated expertise
- Past experience with a distributed B2B SaaS enterprise software company selling complex solutions
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Master-level proficiency in Salesforce and other sales technology stack tools (Clari, InsightSquared, etc.)
- Assertiveness, directness, and a “company first” mentality
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
- BS/BA required; MBA a plus, but not required
