What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 10+ years’ sales experience in the technology arena with demonstrated success with quota achievement
- Proven success in driving retention of enterprise customer base
- Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic high-growth environment
- Experience managing a global team
- Experience building relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience working in a matrixed structure with dynamic teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and senior executives)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, updates, and results
- Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to excel within an environment of rapid change, growth and a drive for continuous improvement
- Outstanding team player with a customer relationship mindset to interact effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience using Salesforce.com to manage and assess team performance

- Experience working in the fraud or authentication arena
Impact you’ll make:
- Lead strategic initiatives to deliver profitable growth across the Strategic Account Management (SAM) team.
- Define strategy, goals and objectives to achieve retention of enterprise customer base.
- Monitor and deliver against specific account revenue targets, as well as, plan and forecast future revenue across enterprise accounts.
- Strengthen the customer relationship by delivering programs and plans that increase value to customers.
- Create initiatives to improve retention.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at largest enterprise customers.
- Use data to assess and optimize user retention methods.
- Measure, analyze and report the results of efforts to inform future growth strategies and product development.
- Lead retention analysis to identify key issues with customer churn.
