$126,000.00 - $204,720.00

Job Summary:
Join the Enterprise Salesforce Architecture team of Cat Digital and participates in defining functional designs and application systems architecture across various digital platforms.
What You Will Do:
- Developing detailed architecture deliverables to solve the business problems.
- Designing an application's functional and technical architecture, such as High-level architecture, Technical Assessment, Data Model, Decomposing, Creating ROM, Technology Recommendations and Testing Strategies.
- Leading the evaluation, proof of technology and deployment of new technologies to add or enhance existing digital technical capabilities.
- Participating in addressing business requirements for applications and collaborating with large scale cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that meets business results.
- Serve as the primary architectural authority for all Salesforce platforms and related solutions within the CAT Digital.
- Partner with business units, product owners, technical project managers, engineering, and stakeholders to define and drive Salesforce-related initiatives, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Customer/Partner Communities.
- Develop architectural standards, reference pattern, and integration patterns for Salesforce and its connection with core systems.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, apps, and features from the Salesforce AppExchange or custom development to enhance platform capability.
- Oversee and guide technical teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and utility industry trends.
What You Will Have:
- Effective Communications: Ability to accurately communicate information with a larger audience
- Application Design, Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
- Platform Architecture: Knowledge of technologies and methods to design processing mechanisms and roadmaps to execute business application systems; ability to design these roadmaps and deploy supportive interfaces for end-users to access related systems, in accordance with standards and processes.
- Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
- Target Architecture: Knowledge of target architecture; ability to develop the IT blueprint and roadmap while aligning the architecture and processes with business strategies and objectives.
Considerations for Top Candidates:
- Experience working as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
- Ability to communicate complete scenarios and user-stories to a wide range of audiences
- Functional understanding and ability to demonstrate implementation of end-to-end CRM solutions using Sales, Service, and Community.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware) and data migration strategies
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical strategies.
- Experience in working on proposals, estimating the scope of work, and supporting pre-project activities
