We are looking for a Salesforce Operations Associate who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
 

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience (required)

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator, CRM Support  or Sales Operations role (required)

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification, or actively pursuing (preferred)

  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, user management, validation rules, workflows, security, reporting tools, etc.(required)

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity with experience documenting Salesforce processes and leading end-user training sessions

  • Comfortable engaging cross-functionally to enforce hygiene best practices and gather feedback

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Own day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks including user access provisioning, configuration updates, role/permission changes, and general support

  • Own day-to-day ReferenceEdge (Salesforce Application) administration to identify and support scheduling of client reference calls 

  • Create, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to support sales, operations, and leadership decision-making

  • Maintain and update training materials and documentation for Salesforce and related tools

  • Partner with Sales teams and leadership to maintain clean and reliable pipeline data by driving system hygiene and compliance

  • Monitor data accuracy and completeness across key objects (e.g., Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts) and follow up with stakeholders as needed

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Delivery) to implement enhancements and maintain alignment with business goals

  • Support end-user training and provide first-level troubleshooting for Salesforce-related questions

  • Stay current on Salesforce best practices and proactively suggest improvements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

The hiring base pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At TopBloc, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current hiring range salary is $50,000 - $80,000.
