  • Lead customer journey mapping to identify buying processes, decision criteria, and pain points.

  • Create segment-specific messaging, positioning, and thought leadership content.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to align product value propositions with industry relevance.

  • Support Sales with segment-tailored enablement tools (e.g., buyer guides, pitch decks, objection handling).

  • Drive integrated campaigns, ABM programs, and event strategies to build awareness and generate pipeline.

  • Build relationships with industry associations, partners, and thought leaders within the segment.

  • Track and report on key metrics including segment pipeline growth, market share, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, legal tech, or professional services industries.

  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, industry trends, and buyer personas.

  • Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies tailored to specific industries or verticals.

  • Excellent storytelling, messaging, and content creation skills.

  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams.

  • Experience in campaign development, event marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing impact.
