Within the Finance team we are currently hiring a Sr Accounts Receivable Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing information security and compliance management company. To be successful in this role, candidates must be self motivated, energetic, proactive, and work independently in a team environment. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage all incoming customer payments for various business units
• Ensure that customer cash is posted timely and accurately
• Reconcile cash to bank statements daily
• Prepare all journal entries related to incoming cash
• Ensure all intercompany cash is posted correctly
• Prepare and distribute daily cash reports to management
• Manage an Accounts Receivable portfolio consisting of highly visible Trustwave customers
• Analyze AR aging reports and perform periodic review of bad debt exposure by account
• Research any account discrepancies and work with sales and service personnel to resolve issues and facilitate collections
• Prepare weekly collection reports for management review
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of customer accounts through credits, adjustments and leading cash applications review
• Assist with other projects on an as-needed basis, as directed by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• 3+ years experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast-paced growing environment
• Proficient with MS Excel and technically strong
• Working knowledge of a widely used accounting software package

 Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and prioritization skills.
• Excellent teamwork, including the ability to interact with all organization levels.
