Available Position:

We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst who shares our passion for helping our clients build exceptional companies. Senior Analysts are thought-leaders who provide support and guidance to a variety of personnel including other analysts, middle- and upper-management within our client companies, and internally within AGA. They will lead client and internal teams to drive projects from start to completion.

This particular Senior Analyst will also lead our internal account review initiatives. They will work with the leadership team to develop a framework for reviewing accounts and ensure that appropriate controls exist on those accounts.

Projects might include:

• Performing account reviews and participating in the account risk assessment process
• Identifying and proactively addressing potential root cause issues
• Building financial infrastructure
• Streamlining reporting and processes
• Determining the root causes of client employee turnover and poor morale
• Assisting management in the development in go-to market strategy
• Identifying areas for client revenue growth and profitability enhancement
• Other management consulting activities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance/accounting, and will be responsible for analysis of client finances and reporting of key financial metrics. In addition, they will touch almost every aspect of a company’s operations, including corporate strategy, IT, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources. They must be autonomous specialists responsible for the design and implementation of key systems and processes that founders and leadership teams will rely upon to run their companies. Senior analysts will also be responsible for internal firm initiatives including marketing, business development, and preparation of materials for client proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business
• 3-7 years of total professional experience, ideally including consulting and auditing
• Must have significant experience working with companies with revenues of between $5-$200MM
• CPA Required
• Self-starter, creative, and thrives under limited supervision
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
• Demonstrated communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
