You'll leverage your analytical expertise and passion to drive impactful initiatives that foster a culture of belonging for all employees.
What's on the menu?
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure the impact of inclusion and belonging initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision making.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of impactful inclusion and belonging programs, initiatives, and events across the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with P&P, business leaders, Business Resource Groups (BRGs), and other key stakeholders to drive culture initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion.
- Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs, initiatives, and events that foster a sense of belonging and empower employees to be agents of change.
- Continuously research and stay informed about the latest inclusion and belonging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches.

- I have strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).

- I have excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
