As Senior Brand Manager, reporting to a Vice President & General Manager, you will bring analytical acumen and in-depth knowledge of P&L interdependencies to evaluate business issues and drivers. Identify risks, opportunities and solutions. Set vision and clear goals for the project teams related to consumer insights, pricing, forecasting, promotion, finance, operations and sales to achieve growth for the business. Define strategies and translate them into initiatives that result in accelerated share and sustainable profit growth. You will also support our innovation pipeline and strategy to deliver portfolio innovation and renovation by identifying opportunities through a deep consumer curiosity and understanding to provide a clear vision for the future of the business. 

Your Impact:

  • Lead a variety of cross-functional teams to deliver strategies and short- and long-term goals. Lead assigned Associate Brand Managers (ABMs) and balance priorities.

  • Connect larger strategic and financial organizational priorities with portfolio initiatives that positively impact total company results.

  • Understand, align and activate against target consumer behavior and insights.

  • Lead the AOP plan and process, taking data and cross-functional input to build plans that achieve following year financial goals. Evaluate progress against plan and recommend corrective action as needed.

  • Lead the Fully Competitive landscape assessment.

  • Lead the monthly consensus process.

  • Communicate opportunities and risks.

  • Help with the development and communication of trade customer strategies.

  • Identify opportunities and implement plans for line extensions and new product introductions.

  • Contribute to the development of the brand organization and coaching of ABMs and interns.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of progressive work experience in Consumer Goods (CPG) brand marketing or related field.

  • MBA Degree preferred.

  • Experience identifying, building and delivering growth initiatives in the fast-moving consumer packaged goods industry.

  • Experience delivering initiatives that have been realized and contributed significant gains in the capture of market share, revenue and volume growth, and operational efficiencies.

  • Experience anticipating future business opportunities or challenges and developing proactive strategies to address them.

  • Experience working in matrix environments or Center of Excellence business models demonstrating aptitude for building productive cross-functional teams that drive to specific medium- and long-range goals.

  • Experience managing multiple projects at once in a fast paced, matrix management environment

Compensation: 

Annual Base Salary: $161,000.00 - $213,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
