Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Invenergy, you will support our growth by leading the full life cycle recruiting process for our Operating Business. Our Operating Business portfolio includes Operations and Maintenance Technicians, Energy Trading, Operations Engineering, Asset Management, IT (information technology), and Data Analytics. Your key responsibilities will be stakeholder engagement, recruiting strategy development, and candidate attraction and experience. You will also lead and/or participate in special projects and initiatives that improve and enhance the talent acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full cycle recruiting process for Operating Business positions
  • Take a hands-on, consultative approach to partnering with internal partners
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with leaders
  • Share market insights and make recommendations to tailor approach
  • Share Invenergy’s value proposition with candidates in a compelling way
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
  • Actively lead and/or participate in the development and execution of recruiting team initiatives in collaboration with recruiting team members.
  • Effectively recruit in a fast-paced high volume of requisition setting
  • Prepare and participate in career fairs and networking events

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Four (4+) years of recruiting experience in a corporate setting
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Previous experience participating in a process improvement initiative in a recruiting function

Preferred Skills

  • Eight (8+) years of recruiting experience
  • Previous technician or craft worker recruiting
  • Experienced recruiting in an OFCCP environment
  • Corporate recruiting experience at an organization experiencing significant, rapid growth
  • Preferably Workday or other enterprise HRIS system experience
  • Previous high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experienced building relationships and credibility with candidates and hiring teams
  • Able to prioritize and remain organized in light of competing priorities
