Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

- Leads advanced analytics initiatives to support strategic business objectives and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Owns end-to-end data science solutions, from problem discovery and modeling to deployment and adoption.
- Collaborates with senior stakeholders to align analytics projects with organizational priorities and business strategy.
- Provides technical leadership and mentorship to the data science team, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluates emerging tools, technologies, and data sources to enhance analytics capabilities and innovation.
- Operates in a collaborative Agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement in analytics processes and methodologies.
- Ensures alignment of data science initiatives with governance, compliance, and organizational standards
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead stakeholder engagement to define complex business problems and translate them into actionable data science solutions.
- Own end-to-end analytics projects, including discovery, model development, deployment, and adoption of insights.
- Design, implement, and evaluate advanced statistical models and machine learning solutions to address business challenges.
- Drive data visualization strategy and communicate insights effectively to executive audiences.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling, validation, documentation, and evaluation.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Data Scientists and Analysts, fostering team growth and capability.
- Partner with data engineering teams to design scalable analytics pipelines, data lakes, and infrastructure.
- Promote continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Manage analytics backlogs and delivery using Agile frameworks and Azure DevOps.
- Evaluate emerging tools, technologies, and external data sources to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Influence data strategy to support long-term business goals and operational excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- 6-9+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Advanced understanding of statistical modeling, experimentation, and evaluation metrics.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
- Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and using Azure DevOps.
- Preferred: NLP, deep learning, Salesforce reporting, and industry experience in manufacturing or business services.
