Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director, Partner Development (Americas/Europe, Middle East, and Africa) to join our Digital Services team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the partner strategy to drive Software as a Service and digital solutions revenue growth across Cloud Service Providers, local Independent Software Vendors, Value-Added Resellers, Consulting, and Systems Integrator Partners.

You will lead a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers, acting as the primary bridge across our Digital, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Records and Information Management functions to accelerate joint Go-To-Market opportunities.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Strategic Partner Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans with core partners to build incremental pipelines, manage enterprise sales tracking via Salesforce.com, and identify new recurring revenue opportunities.

  • Collaborate Across Matrixed Teams: Partner closely with internal Product Marketing, Presales, and Product Management teams to deliver structured enablement plans while coordinating joint sales campaigns directly with regional sales organizations.

  • Ensure Functional Governance: Direct and align joint lead generation activities, manage partner engagement escalations, and maintain strict adherence to organizational standards across all regional bid responses.

What You’ll Bring
  • 10+ years of technology sales experience positioning Software as a Service and digital solutions across large, complex global accounts.

  • Deep domain expertise within software- and services-driven partner ecosystems, including extensive knowledge of working alongside Value-Added Reseller, Hyperscale, Cloud, and Systems Integrator partners.

  • Proven sales leadership success with a strategic mindset, world-class commercial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional teams within a highly matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional consultative relationship skills to effectively network, influence, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customer decision-makers.

Reasonably expected salary range: $225,400.00 - $300,500.00 + commissions.

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
