About the Senior Financial Analyst Role

Our Finance team is at the forefront shaping strategic decisions across the company. This role will partner closely with department leaders and finance leadership to develop business cases, assess program results, and drive decision making. You will work closely with senior leaders and shape the future of the company by helping us make critical decisions. Deliver great results and you will have the opportunity to quickly take on greater responsibility and leadership. Our ideal candidate loves finance (and Excel shortcuts), data driven decision-making and challenging the status quo.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with department leaders to develop business cases, assess program results, and drive decision making.
• Partner with business leaders to develop financial modeling.
• Monthly forecast development and submission.
• Analyze department key metrics related to month end results, forecasts and budgeting.
• Conduct Ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Develop key department financial reporting.
• Partner with Marketing team to help develop and analyze success of promotions and incentives Globally
• Partner with Field Strategy to develop and measure Consultant incentive trip levels, recruiting promotions, and other consultant-specific benefits Globally
• Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to develop standardized processes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.

• At least 4 year’s Finance experience.
• Experience working with and influencing senior leaders.
• Experience analyzing issues and making recommendations to resolve issues.
• Experience developing business cases.
