Job Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Operating Segment FP&A you will partner with our Brand Finance organization, business leads, and numerous cross functional teams to analyze and impact results. You will oversee financial review, analysis and consolidation of actual results, projections and annual budgets for the Operating Segments. The team supports the presentation of results for the Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors and is involved in monthly business reviews to discuss the P&L results. The job also supports preparation of Earnings Release materials and enterprise-wide initiatives such as risk and opportunity analysis, innovative capabilities, dashboarding, competitive analytics, and process improvement. Job requires 5+ years of financial work experience demonstrating increasing responsibility.

Job Description:

  • Support the financial review, analysis and consolidation of actuals and projected financials. Provide concise and insightful drivers of performance to finance and senior leadership.
  • Evaluate monthly Profit & Loss statements including volume, net sales, profit, segment and Brand P&L's, financial bridges, historical trends.
  • Participate in preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan (AOP)
  • You will prepare Monthly Business Review decks, Board decks, and Earnings material for leadership in partnership with business leaders and cross functional finance partners
  • Responsible for project work that will rotate and cut across several different finance disciplines including Corporate Finance, Brand Finance, Supply Chain, Trade, A&P, Demand Science, Financial systems, M&A and Investor Relations.
  • Monitor research and analyze the business environment to provide data, analysis and recommendations on overall industry and market trends, customer assessments, and competitor analysis.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • 5+ years of finance experience with relevant experience in P&L management
  • Knowledge of financial systems and general accounting principles
  • Experience developing business presentations and related supporting documents.
  • PowerBI Proficiency or other dashboarding experience preferred

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
