Your Core Contributions to The Team

As Senior Front End Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving the user experience on our consumer-facing website. You’ll collaborate across design, product, and backend teams to bring new ideas to life—from experimental A/B tests to entirely new features and products. Your work will directly impact how fans discover and buy tickets for the events they love.

What you’ll do:

  • Build fast, responsive, and accessible web experiences using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
  • Lead front-end development for new product features and A/B tests
  • Continuously improve performance, reliability, and cross-browser/device compatibility
  • Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, stable releases
  • Contribute to a fast-moving engineering culture that’s focused on iteration, experimentation, and shipping good code
  • Stay current on the latest front-end trends and tools—and bring fresh ideas into the team

 

About You

Knowledge, Abilities, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Front End Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with expertise in at least one modern framework/library such as React.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Additional experience with server-side languages, build tools, and testing frameworks a plus.

Personal Characteristics

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
