About the Opportunity:  We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help us scale our modern web application and deliver best-in-class experiences for our users. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the user experience of a platform that is transforming operations in senior care. You’ll collaborate closely with design and product teams to implement lovable solutions used by thousands of caregivers, administrators, and families. 

Responsibilities:  

• Develop complex front-end features using modern frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Vue.js, Inertia). 
• Architect and implement reusable UI components that are intuitive, responsive, and scalable. 
• Translate product and UX requirements into high-quality, accessible web interfaces. 
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality. 
• Implement and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure front-end reliability and stability. 
• Participate in code reviews and drive high standards in UI quality and user experience. 

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of front-end or full-stack engineering experience with a focus on JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks. 
• Experience working with backend languages (PHP/Laravel) or cloud platforms (AWS) required 
• Proficiency in frameworks such as React, Vue (preferred), or Angular. 
• Experience building component libraries or design systems at scale. 
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. 
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and web performance best practices. 
• Experience working in agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally. 
• Bonus: Experience in health tech or HIPAA-compliant environments.
