Job Overview

As a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting our Tech Hub—including Engineering and Product Management—you will drive strategic HR partnership for a global team of innovative technologists. You’ll work closely with Executives and Senior Leadership to shape and implement people initiatives that enhance business performance and align with our company’s mission.

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Engineering and Product Management, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. 

  • Lead a a high-performing, global HRBP team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. 

  • Develop and implement impactful HR programs tailored to the needs of technical teams. 

  • Guide leaders on talent management, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. 

  • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and high employee engagement. 

  • Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to support business goals. 

  • Lead investigations and resolve complex employee relations issues with fairness and objectivity. 

  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to deliver forward-thinking, AI-driven HR solutions within the technology hub.  

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HRBP supporting technical or product-focused teams. 

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. 

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. 

  • Demonstrated experience driving HR initiatives and leading organizational change. 

  • Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop creative solutions. 

  • Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with technical talent is highly preferred.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$138,000 and $206,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
